Loss and Grief Work 

Grief is personal and every person experiences it differently. There are no rules, no timelines, and no linear progression. Some people feel better after a few weeks and for others it can take years. Sometimes an event in our lives can trigger the experience of past losses. There may be setbacks in the midst of recovery from grief. Grief is a process which cannot be controlled. It needs to unfold and sometimes help from a professional can facilitate the healing process. I am here to help you through your grief and the pain associated with losing a parent, a sibling, a child, a friend or a spouse. I work with individuals across the lifespan on grief and loss.
